The NEW INNER WARRIOR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM is an original 16-week strength program, no cookie-cutter-pulled-from-the-internet programs here! It consists of 5 workouts per week, designed to complete either at the gym or at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands and gliders). These programs are written in a way that they can be "self customized" for your schedule, lifestyle, fitness level and goal. Included with the written plan are video tutorials for every day and with every exercise demonstrated to help guide you with form notes, modifications, and progressions.  The videos and program are accessible through the MY PT HUB app, which is free.
