4 day-4 night fitness retreat for women

Join fitness professional, Vanessa Lynn Campos, for a 4-day/5-night fitness getaway to a private lakefront property in the Poconos.  The 5-Day fee includes a bed in a shared or private room (see fee schedule below), 3 meals per day, snacks and beverages, up to 2 group fitness classes per day,  PLUS an exclusive VCNfitness FIT-cation tank. 

Personal training can be purchased for an addtitional fee of $50. VCNfitness water bottles and accessories will be availabe for purchase, cash only.

 

The group workouts will be focusing on core strength, mobility, and proper form using body weight, resistance bands and dumbbells.  If you choose to do a one-on-one session that will be your opportunity to work with Vanessa on any questions or issues you want to address and a TRX will available for use. 

 

Travel expenses are NOT included.  Because the location is 100 miles from the closest airport, I will put all confirmed participants in contact with each other if you want to coordinate rental cars or any other travel arrangements.  Plan to arrive at the location the morning of the first day.  You may opt to arrive the night before, for an additional fee ($50 will cover the bed and food for that extra night).

 

Some alcoholic beverages will be provided (within reason, we are not there to party), however any additional specialty snacks or beverages you might require or desire, you may bring. 

 

A $150 non-refundable deposit per participant is required to hold your spot.  Space is limited to 13 women per trip.  The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen bed/room, with the total remaining balance due prior to the trip. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount and you may pay the balance in installments.
