WHAT IS A FIT-CATION?
A fit-cation is an all-inclusive vacation and retreat with fitness mixed in. It is a 4-5 day, 4-5 night (some trips may be longer) "time-out" from regular life, spent with like-minded women in a beautiful setting. With up to 2 group fitness classes each day and the opportunity to do one-on-one training (for an added fee) with Vanessa and guest instructors, you will definitely work hard, but the rest of the time is spent relaxing, taking quiet time for yourself, and getting to know the other participants during shared meals, as well as game time, movie nights, and round table discussions with possible guest speakers.
WHY WOULD I WANT TO EXERCISE ON A VACATION?
If you are the type of person that packs workout clothes because your hotel has a gym, then it end up staying packed in your bags, this is the trip for you. You will use those clothes and sneakers, because we are all in it together. This trip is not only about the exercise, but the fitness of the mind and spirit as well.

If you follow me on social media or have worked with me in the past, you know how deeply invested I am in your journey. FIT-cation is more of a retreat and sanctuary from the very day. It is more about renewal, rejuvenation and empowerment, with fitness as a small component of the journey. During workouts, I will ensure that you are working properly and to your fullest potential. I will push your limits and encourage you to be the best you can to get the most out of the limited time with me live and in person. But we also spend a lot of time talking, journaling, bonding, finding opportunities to grow as individuals and as a diverse community of women.
WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE TRIPS?
Past trips were held in Puerto Rico, the Poconos, 4 times in Temecula, CA. and. 2 times in Asheville, NC.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Room (private or shared, most affordable option is a shared bed, so bring a friend!)
2 home-cooked meals per day
some snacks & beverages
up to 2 classes per day

WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED?
One-on-one personal training sessions for a fee of $50 per hour
Private photo shoot (fee TBD by photographer)
Private sessions with guest instructors (fee TBD by instructor)
excursions (for example: tubing, meals outside of the house, wine tours, etc.)
