Join fitness professional, Vanessa Lynn Campos, for a 5-day/5-night getaway to a private mountain-view property 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC.
This adventure isn't about just one thing...it's your opportunity to breathe, to take a step away from the chaos of life, but also to take a step forward on your path to self-improvement and self-love. Spend time rejuvenating and relaxing. Bond and grow in this diverse community of women while we share in cooking, eating, conversation, and enjoying excursions.
Focus on your physical fitness during the 1-2 group workouts per day and during the optional personal training sessions with Vanessa.
Join us, and find your strength as a woman, open yourself to a new adventure and learn more about who you are at your core. FIT-cation is a sanctuary that allows you the freedom to reconnect and celebrate every aspect of what makes you, YOU.
The group workouts will be focusing on total body strength, mobility, and proper form using
body weight, resistance bands and other portable equipment,
modifications will be given for any fitness level. THIS IS NOT A HARD CORE BOOT CAMP.

If you choose to do a one-on-one session that will be your opportunity to work
with Vanessa and ask any questions about your own personal journey.
The fee includes a bed in a shared or private room (see fee schedule below), 2 meals per day, some snacks and beverages, 1 -2 group fitness classes per day, PLUS an exclusive FIT-cation tank.
Personal training can be purchased for an additional fee of $100.
Travel expenses and excursions are NOT included.
All confirmed participants will be put into a FB messenger chat to coordinate rental cars or any other travel arrangements and to discuss a menu.
Plan to arrive at the location the afternoon/evening of Wednesday 8/14.
The event will officially kick off with the first workout the morning of 8/15.
Departures can be on Sunday night or Monday morning before 9am.
Workouts and meals are planned through Sunday night.
Some alcoholic beverages will be provided, however any additional specialty snacks or beverages you might require or desire, you should plan to bring or buy (a trip to the grocery can be arranged). All meals will be cooked on-site, please let me know if there are dietary restrictions or allergies.

A $400 non-refundable deposit per participant is required to hold your spot. Space is limited to 14 women. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen bed/room. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance via PayPal, the total remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the trip.
The deposit will NOT be refunded in any case.
